About Us

Pascha (pronounced pass-ka) Candle was started in 2023, with the desire to recycle older Pascal (Easter) candles from previous years.  The first batch of candles were created, as gifts, for the RCIA adults that had just received their sacraments of initiation at the 2023 Easter Vigil.

Each year, most parishes get a new Easter candle, this is lit for Masses during the Easter season, and then only for baptisms and funerals, for the rest of the year.  Most parishes are left with short stubs of candles left over.

Because they are blessed at the Easter vigil, old Easter candles need to either be buried or burned, neither of which is practical for the average parish to do.

In most parishes, these candles can be found hiding in the back of a closet in the parish office or sacristy.

We have set out to rescue and reuse these candles, allowing them to be burn respectfully and prayerfully, at home.

We hope you enjoy our church related themes and scents, and think about, and pray for those who's lives were touched by God, when these Pascal candles were lit.
